Application and characteristics

The motor rotor casting aluminum hydraulic press is controlled by PLC programmable controller and has three working modes: point, manual and semi-automatic. The injection action consists of slow injection, fast injection and pressurization. After die casting, the gate is cut off by itself on the machine. This series of die casting machine is suitable for liquid die casting of motor rotor. The machine is equipped with protective doors to prevent the splash of high temperature liquid during die casting and protect the safety of the operator.
